I authorize United Way of Greater Nashville and their representing agents, designees and assignees (collectively "UWGN"), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, record, incorporate, use, broadcast, distribute, re-use, copyright, publish, re-publish, alter and/or edit, and/or portray my name, voice, portrayal, actions, likeness, and/or biographical material and to use the results in whole or in part, severally or in conjunction with other material for any purpose including but not limited to all media, now known or hereafter devised, in any and all versions, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, as well as for promotion, merchandising, publicity and advertising. I understand that all rights in and to the negatives, digital files, out-takes, sounds, images, tape and film contained therein, shall be UWGNs sole and absolute property. I understand that I will not be paid for any usage.
