Tools for Funded Partners and Volunteers

United Way of Greater Nashville (serving Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Houston, Montgomery, Robertson, Sumner, Stewart and Williamson Counties) is committed to uniting the community and mobilizing resources so that every child, individual and family thrives.

The 2027-2030 Community Impact Funding opportunities are designed to advance UWGN’s bold goals of helping 500,000 people attain upward mobility and uplifting 4.5 million lives across Middle Tennessee.

Through this funding process, UWGN will invest in strategies that produce measurable outcomes, strengthen community partnerships, and contribute to long-term community change. In addition to funding, grantees will participate in Learning Communities that support shared learning, stronger coordination, and continuous improvement across the region.
