To learn more or join YAC, contact our team.

The Youth Advisory Council, or YAC (also known as United Way Clubs), is a teen outreach group of United Way.

There are clubs in every Williamson County high school and several private high schools. These teens make a difference in the community by getting involved in service projects and raising money for United Way funded partners. YAC’s community investment committee makes decisions on which programs and agencies receive their fundraising dollars.

Previous YAC Events

  • Give Thanks food drive
  • Barnes & Noble gift wrapping fundraiser
  • Summer Water Day with children at Community Child Care Center
  • Holiday activity with Boys & Girls Club members
  • Reflection interviews with senior citizens
