Read to Succeed Professional Development

United Way of Greater Nashville’s Read to Succeed Professional Development program is designed to increase equity of access to high-quality professional development for early childhood professionals and caregivers. We offer a variety of in-person and virtual training opportunities, from events personalized for your school or organization to community-wide offerings. We also host the RTS Professional Development Archive that holds 200+ recordings of past virtual sessions, including those from our conferences. United Way of Greater Nashville is a recognized entity with Train TN and TN PALS. As such all of our offerings (live or recorded) qualify for TN DHS credit.
