It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Patricia Champion Frist on January 5, 2021. Mrs. Frist was married to Dr. Thomas F. Frist, Jr. Together with 27 other generous philanthropists, they founded the Tocqueville Society Alpha Chapter 40 years ago. The society now spans the globe with 24,000 members and has raised over $10 billion for the work of United Ways worldwide.
Mrs. Frist’s many contributions to the Nashville community will long be remembered, and we at United Way will forever be grateful for her support, dedication and passion.
