Feed Your Future

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training helps eligible participants achieve their vocational goals and increase self-sufficiency through funded education, skills training and supportive services.

Together with the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Tennessee Department of Labor and community partners, we’re helping our neighbors take the next step toward their employment goals. Participants will work with a career navigator to receive their high school equivalency, learn a new skill and gain work experience and more—all while receiving important resources like child care, transportation, uniforms, tools and equipment.

Participants are eligible if they are …

  • At least 16 years old
  • Receiving SNAP benefits
  • Not receiving TANF (Families First) cash assistance
  • Willing and able to work upon program completion
