Gord is a global leader and has been investing in local United Ways across the country for more than 20 years. As former chairman of United Way of Metropolitan Nashville’s Board of Trustees and retired president and CEO of Bridgestone Americas, he fostered a workplace built on community, taking care of our neighbors and building a better Nashville. Gord’s passion lies in education and he believes we all must do better to ensure that every child in Nashville has a bright future through a strong, solid education.
